Sparky's Innovation Lab is exciting STEM experiences where scholars explore, build, and invent through hands-on learning.  During Innovation Lab, students engage in one-hour labs that spark curiosity and creativity while developing problem-solving and engineering skills.  Each session is designed to be interactive, collaborative, and fun, giving scholars the opportunity to experiment with new ideas and technologies in a supportive small-group environment.

 

Innovative Lab experiences include:

• 3D Printing - Design and create custom objects while learning how real-world #D printing technology works.

• Coding - Discover the basics of programming while creating games, animations, and digital projects

• Drone Flight Lab - Learn basic drone piloting and explore flight and aerodynamics.

• Edible Science - Conduct delicious experiments that demonstrate real science concepts

• Gardening & Hydroponics - Discover plant science and how food can grow using innovative systems.

• Minecraft for Education - 

• Odyssey of the Mind - Work as a team to solve creative challenges and compete in an exciting problem-solving competition. Requires school year commitment.

• Spanish - Learn basic Spanish through fun games, conversations, and cultural activities.
