Summer Programs

Our STEM summer programs give K-8 scholars the chance to learn, create, and explore through fun, hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, and math.  Each program is designed to spark curiosity and build problem-solving skills as scholars work on exciting projects - like building simple machines, coding, science experiments, gardening, or 3D printing.  With engaging lessons and plenty of opportunities for collaboration, our camps help scholars develop confidence, teamwork, and a LOVE of learning while having a great time.

Sparky's STEM Adventure Summer Camp
June 1-August 7
Monday-Friday
9:00-4:00PM (Extended Care Available)​
Books come to life in this exciting camp where scholars dive into a featured story each week and then become scientists, engineers, and creators! Through hands-on experiments, exciting STEM challenges, and creative building projects, scholars explore science and engineering in a way that sparks imagination and curiosity.

Summer Scholars Program
June 1-July 31
Perfect for scholars who need a boost or want to stay ahead! Scholars receive 1 hour per week of small group instruction in reading and math. This program is designed for enrichment to prepare for the upcoming school year or remediation to help close learning gaps, giving scholars the confidence they need to succeed.

Let your scholar explore their passions with exciting hands-on clubs where learning feels like an adventure!

🔬 Junior Scientist – Conduct fun experiments and explore the wonders of science.

🌱 Gardening & Hydroponics – Discover how plants grow and learn to grow food using soil and water systems.
Wednesday
1:00-3:00pm
🍪 Edible Science – Mix, measure, and experiment while creating delicious treats and learning the science behind cooking.
Friday
1:00-3:00pm
⚙️ STEAM Maker Club – Build, invent, and design with engineering, technology, and creativity.
